Karabo, the 24 year old Idols 2015 winner, will perform his blend of music that includes House, Afro-pop, gospel and R&B.

Gospel legend, Pastor Solly Mahlangu will bring his praise to the stages of Soweto as he performs songs from his four award winning albums. Pastor Solly Mahlangu began performing later in life, and in his first year collected the Best Album award at the 2009 SABC Gospel Crown Awards. His live album and DVD, Obrigado, sold about 15,000 copies, while the CD has achieved gold status for selling more than 20,000 units. Pastor Solly Mahlangu was also awarded two additional SABC Gospel Crown Awards and received nominations in the Best Traditional Faith Music Album category and Best Live DVD.

Following the successful format from the previous concerts, DRUMBeat will have no seating and no reserved standing. However, a VIP hospitality area, curated by Rashid Lombard Inc., has been introduced for this year and details of the available packages will be announced on 1 July.

Toyota presents DRUMBeat in association with Mzansi Magic and Hilltop Live.
