| Dave McKenzie, BOO! Alternative Media I remember using biz community as our primary launch medium, when we first launched POP in 2002. The general feedback from the industry was that they always recollected our brand as the one listed on the top button of Bizcommunity. It gave our young company the visibility that we required. When we started BOO! 3 years later , I think we had to wait a year until ‘our’ original position became available, once it did we reclaimed the spot and signed for a year. It has been fantastic to not only use Bizcommunity as an effective advertising platform, but to keep up-to-date through your fabulous medium. A big congratulations for pioneering a bold new niche in the advertising and media industry 10 years ago, and the bold vision has indeed translated into a well deserved success story. Viva ! My first reaction was "Great idea... bold... but how are you going to get an extremely fussy marketing community to come to one place repeatedly and repeatedly with absolutely no credibility?" and "Even if it takes off (because at that stage, the internet was still a fledgling entity in SA), it's going to take years of hard work, dedication, patience, lack of sleep, madness, frustration, time, the list goes on and on... I could not do it."  | Sootho Tau Back in 2006 I was a BBA student and also doing IT on a partime basis, most of the time I will come up with all these latest news. Everytime when other students bring the business newspapers in class for presentation, I will bring a small paper of some of the news I got from Bizcommunity website and make a killer one.My favourate part of the website was to look at the list of companies and right there I got an inspiration to start my own. I'm glad that today my company (ingenuityAD) is now listed on Bixcommunity and I also have a personal profile.
