Johannesburg-based freelance journalist for Bizcommunity, Danette Breitenbach attended the opening of the new space, where she interviewed Group MD Chris Botha on the move, which he says is just as much a change for the business as it is a physical relocation.
“We’re very excited as a business about how we’re going to grow, how we’re going to develop and where we’re going to go from here. The new location is literally a new head space for all of us, and we look forward to all our staff being committed to being better, to being greater than what we’ve ever been before and growing, learning and evolving every day.”
Commenting on the space itself, Botha says they put a lot of thought into what they were looking for for the team, and their clients and media owners. "This building has it all: great modern spaces, it’s more social than our current environment, it has a canteen and a lot of space for creativity to thrive.
"Other positives include loads more parking and it’s a better commute for many of our team which will make life easier for a lot of people," he adds.
