Moringa School said the decision to host a 'Women’s Bootcamp' is informed by the belief that women in tech can contribute to moving the industry forward, as such the school hopes to support more women in becoming developers.

The five-week full-time course will begin in November, and teach participants the fundamentals of programming.

Graduates of the Women’s Boot Camp will be eligible to progress to Moringa School’s full-time immersive Moringa Core programme in January, where they will specialise in Android or full-stack development paired with soft skills matched to employer needs.

The course fee for Moringa Prep ranges between $400 and $800 (depending on location and nationality), and Moringa School is offering a 50% discount for the women’s edition.
